Arrival time between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM | Departure time 11:00 AM
The owner agrees to provide accommodation and breakfast for holidaymakers.
The tenant signing this fixed-term contract may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises after the end of the stay.
The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount.
The lease agreement concluded between the parties to this document may not under any circumstances benefit third parties, whether natural or legal persons, even partially, except with the written agreement of the owner.
Any breach of this last paragraph would be liable to result in the immediate termination of the lease at the tenant's expense, the proceeds of the lease remaining definitively acquired by the owner.
For reservations made by mail, telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the consumer code relating in particular to accommodation services provided on a specific date or at specific intervals.
Any cancellation must be notified 14 days before the reservation date.
a) Cancellation before arrival at the premises: The deposit remains with the owner. The owner may request the balance of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. If the tenant does not arrive within 6 hours of the indicated arrival date, the deposit also remains with the owner, who will then request payment of the remaining balance.
b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains due to the owner. No refund will be issued.
The landlord refunds the tenant the full amount paid.
The tenant must arrive on the date and at the time specified in this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner. Check-in from 5:00 PM. Check-out: 11:00 AM.
The balance of the rental is paid upon entry to the premises.
The tenant must ensure the peaceful enjoyment of the rental and use the premises in accordance with their intended purpose. The client agrees to use the room responsibly. Any behavior contrary to public decency and order will lead the owner to ask the client to leave the premises without any compensation or refund, even if payment has already been made.
This contract is established for a maximum occupancy. If the number of tenants exceeds the maximum occupancy, the owner may refuse entry to the additional persons. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered to be at the client's initiative.
This contract specifies whether or not the client may stay with a pet. If the client violates this clause, the owner may refuse the pets. This refusal cannot be considered a modification or breach of contract by the owner, and therefore, in the event of the client's departure, no refund will be issued.
The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by their actions. They are required to have holiday rental insurance to cover these risks.
